Five for Friday!

It's that time again, folks!

Y'all...  This week has been something else.  Wednesday night, my sweet little guy climbed into bed with us, just to throw up all over our bed.  Since then, it's been pretty much puke buckets, hand sanitizer, and NAPS.  It's not fun.  Not fun at all.
Little Sis got sickly with this junk yesterday, and she's already back to normal.

I'm thankful it's making it's way through our house quickly.

As you may have read about here, my class completed a PBL project last month where we designed and created a small park in our town.  Well, my friend, Alex, unveiled the sign that will hang there this week!  I'm so excited that my 22 precious kindergarteners will have this sign to recognize their hard work.

To celebrate Mother's Day, we treated our moms to a spa day!  Granted, it was five year olds giving mani-pedis, but still...It was 100% precious.

I made the cutest schedule cards from Little Warriors, and broke each group into stations.  The kids painted nails, gave massages and facials, styled hair,  and spent special time with their mommas.

Here are just a few pictures from our special afternoon.  I am uploading the rest of them to my Facebook page tomorrow!

The kids gave their moms "facials!"

Here is the hair styling station...  nice extension!

Foot soak at the pedicure station...I just love this shot!

I took all of these pictures with my new Nikon!  I'm just a little bit in love.

Last week, some teacher friends and I got together for a night out on the town.  We were celebrating my sweet friend, Jena's, birthday.  It was a wonderfully fun time of good food, good conversation, getting lost, and of course, a Target trip.

You should really check out Jena's blog!  She's our music teacher, and she is THE BEST.

Sew Much Music

This happened this week.

No, they weren't graduating...  Just graduation pictures. :)

It makes me sad I only have 19 days left as their teacher.  So much left to learn... So little time.
