Happy Teacher Appreciation Week!
There are so many people who come to mind when I think of special educators in my life... I come from a family of educators who are dedicated, motivated individuals. My second grade teacher made a lifelong impact on me, mostly by taking a personal interest in my life, even as an adult!
Here are three reasons why I am thankful for educators:

- We teach kids how to learn, but we also teach them how to be good people.
